Career Accelerator community and mobile app (the “Service”), operated by Snow Media Group LLC, doing business as The Bearded IT Dad (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must create an account to access the community.
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if these Terms are violated.
2. Membership & Payments
- Memberships are available in tiers (Free, Standard, VIP) and are purchased via our website.
- All memberships auto-renew unless canceled.
- Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
- If you are banned for violating these Terms, you will not receive a refund.
3. Community Rules
When participating in the community, you agree not to:
- Share or promote illegal content (pirated material, certification braindumps, etc.).
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other members.
- Post spam, scams, or unauthorized self-promotion.
- Engage in unethical behavior that undermines the purpose of the community.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member who violates these rules.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, materials, and resources provided in the community are owned by Snow Media Group LLC unless otherwise noted.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without prior written consent.

- The Service is for educational and networking purposes only.
- We do not guarantee job placement, career advancement, or specific income outcomes.
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
