You may cancel your I.T Career Accelerator subscription within 7 days of enrolling and request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Both private and group support gets you 1-1 coaching from our team. The main difference is that private support happens in a closed room with 100% confidentiality (no one other than our team sees your deals). Group support happens in a shared forum, where you can also learn from others' experiences.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Please keep in mind that when downgrading, we do not offer refunds.. You will stay at the higher tier until your next billing cycle, at which time you will be downgraded.
